Huw brings over 30 years’ experience in the Supported Employment sector, including roles as a service manager and former CEO of BASE. He played a key role in developing the SEQF and SIQAF quality frameworks and is an experienced trainer in Supported Employment Techniques, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
