SEQF Implementation for Managers

A CPD-accredited one-day workshop for managers leading quality and continuous improvement in Supported Employment services.

Overview

With growing international evidence on what works in Supported Employment, it’s more important than ever for organisations to embed quality at the heart of service delivery. The Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) is a model fidelity tool designed to improve services for disabled and neurodivergent jobseekers, employees, and employers. It sets out core values and quality standards that all Supported Employment providers should uphold, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality support to find, maintain, and flourish in well-matched employment. Employers committed to workforce diversity also benefit from tailored, high-quality guidance.
