Nathalie is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience across physical health, mental health, learning disabilities and neurodiversity. She has overseen IPS implementation in NHS settings, held senior EDI leadership roles, and joined Inclusive Trading as an associate trainer in 2025.
