Mel is a Supported Employment and Training Specialist, delivering sector-responsive training and consultancy. Her specialisms include the effective use of Access to Work and quality reviews through SIQAF and SEQF. Mel also represents Supported Businesses and Social Enterprises on BASE’s National Executive Committee.
