Emma is a senior HR professional with nearly 30 years’ experience supporting disabled people and those facing additional barriers into employment. She has managed award-winning supported employment services, developed Supported Internship programmes, contributed to disability publications and co-produced resources on supported employment. Emma has a particular passion for employer engagement, self-employment and reverse jobs fairs.
