Amy Martin

Amy’s background spans special education, supported internships and SEND reform, including leading a highly successful NHS Supported Internship programme and supporting complex EHCPs at local authority level. Amy is passionate about inclusive workplaces and supporting employers to build confident, diverse workforces. Alongside her associate role, Amy sits as a SEND expert on independent exclusions panels and is a school governor for a specialist-maintained school.
