Emma is the founder of Rethink Inclusion and a Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser specialising in neurodiversity and workplace accessibility. As a neurodivergent professional, she brings lived experience alongside deep sector expertise, including setting up and delivering Supported Internship programmes and working with employers on inclusive recruitment and retention.
