This research examined the delivery of suitable settled accommodation and paid employment for offenders on probation.

52 new IAPT sites will help people with depression and anxiety disorders access NICE approved treatments including cognitive behavioural therapies, counselling and guided self-help.

This week sees the rollout of the the first phase of Flexible New Deal, the new programme for jobseekers who have been unemployed for 12 months. Phase 1 covers about half of the country and will be delivered by private and voluntary providers. The scheme has been beset by difficulties over customer flow predictions and contract sizes have recently been reduced by as much as 35% on average.

This new £2m scheme is aimed at supporting innovative projects leading to significant improvements in Further Education or Work based Learning practice or performance.
