2. Through internal employment opportunities within our own manufacturing and mobility equipment enterprises. We employ over 500 staff - over half of whom have a disability. With a turnover of over £24 million, we are one of the largest and most successful businesses of our kind in the country. Within our Manufacturing Enterprises we make a wide variety of products and offer services, including contract packing & assembly, light engineering, silica gel sachets, personalised corporate clothing & leisure wear, gates & railings, signage, large format digital printing posters & banners, print & design - litho & digital, Total Communications resources for people with learning disabilities, greetings cards, re-upholstery, leather & webbing products, wheelchair cushions & accessory manufacture, industrial sewing - contract and sub-contract service, SafeTbed animal bedding, Rambler dog beds and dog cages, manufacture of school, office tables & office screens, wooden component manufacture & assembly as well as our own garden centre/nursery in Frome, Somerset.
