ECL provides care and support to thousands of people to live safely and independently within their own homes and local communities in Southeast England. Our services support older people, adults with learning disabilities, adults receiving reablement services and people with sensory impairment.

For adults with learning disabilities and or Autism with ambitions of gaining paid work, the Inclusive Employment service enhances the opportunities available to individuals; by identifying possible employers, vocational profiling, developing CVs, arranging and mediating interviews, offering skills development, work experience and on-the-job coaching.

We provide services to the Essex area.
