In this session Lucy Smith, BASE member and founder of Inclusive change at work CIC will explore neurodiversity in the workplace.
Lucy will discuss a strengths based approach to supporting neurodivergent adults in the workplace along with exploring ways we can reduce barriers for neurodivergent young people and adults.
This session is great for BASE members who want to gain a greater understanding of neurodiversity and why it is important for developing stronger teams and diverse workplaces. By looking at the topic from different perspectives, particularly employers that we work with, we can find ways to support more young people.
Lucy works with organisations and individuals to help them understand more about neurodiversity so we can all thrive.
