The Employment and Skills Service is a nationally recognised supported employment service for disabled people and people with health conditions.

We specialise in providing a range of individually tailored services to assist people to gain and retain employment by working in partnership with employers who recognise the many benefits of employing a diverse workforce.

The Employment and Skills Service has been successfully supporting people into work for more than 20 years. Our dedicated and experienced team are committed to supporting people to achieve their full potential and we pride ourselves on providing a responsive and comprehensive service.

Ours is one of 13 sites in the UK to have been assessed by the Centre for Mental Health and recognised as a Centres of Excellence in IPS (Individual Placement Support) an approach to supporting people with mental health difficulties into employment.
