Royal Strathclyde Blindcraft Industries (RSBi) is a supported employment facility that manufactures a wide range of products including kitchens, office and educational furniture, beds, soft furnishings, timber building kits and metal products, as well as offering a complete furnished accommodation and storage solution service to Glasgow City Council (GCC) and the Glasgow Housing Association (GHA). 

Industrial Services Group

The Industrial Services Group (ISG) operates within the Skills for Work Service in the Department of Services to Children & Young People as an integral part of the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council. ISG’s mission statement is to: Provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and enable them to progress to their full potential. 

There are three departments operating from two locations.  Our Manufacturing Department is based at Paddock, Frizinghall. Mailing and Packing and Festival Lights are both based at Venlo Industrial Estate, Wakefield Road.

Shelforce’s manufacturing division supply and install windows and doors, focusing primarily on social housing regeneration and new build programmes. All products are available in specifications to meet clients’ requirements.  Shelforce offers increased added value through its employment support functions. For example, Shelforce can provide training in the installation of windows and doors for people within the client’s location, these people can then return and be employed by contractors to install the units supplied by Shelforce.
