Report suggests how disability organisations can involve people with learning disabilities
People First has published a report that gives guidance to disabled people's organisations on how to include people with learning disabilities.
The report gives advice and recommendations on access to information, organising meetings and events and on use of the internet. There's also a useful audit checklist that organisations can use to check how well they're set up to engage with people with a learning disability.
The project was funded by the Big Lottery.
