Watford Workshop is a registered charity, providing training and employment for people with disabilities. Our staff are provided with full training to ensure our client's projects are completed to the highest standards.

Watford Sheltered Workshop offers a supported employment scheme for people with disabilities who face more complex barriers to finding and keeping a job.

In accordance with our equal opportunities policy we ensure people have equal access to training and development opportunities within our well equipped workshop and the appropriate support, thus enabling individuals to realise their full potential and where possible to progress into open employment.

As well as having our own in-house training facilities we also have access to local colleges and learning centres for more specialised support. We also work in partnership with employment agencies that help individuals in finding work.
