EmployAbility is Surrey County Council’s supported employment service working with disabled people who live in Surrey and meet adult social care eligibility.

Identifying skills and aspirations, we support people to find work and then support them to maintain employment and develop their careers.

We also work with young disabled people in schools and colleges to help them find meaningful work experience placements in a variety of settings.

Always keen to work in partnership we are always continuously improving our services and developing creative projects focussed on achieving the best outcome for disabled people. This work includes supported self employment opportunities, specialist services for people with autistic spectrum conditions and job clubs.
