Surrey Choices provide a range of support services to improve the independence, confidence and life skills of people with a range of disabilities and support needs, whatever their age, in their local community.

The values are based on 'choices' which stands for:

Led by dedicated and passionate teams, the services Surrey Choices offer include:

EmployAbility – a supported employment service providing support from career guidance, job searching and interview support to help to maintain and develop your job role.  We can help support with work experience, work trials, supported internships, paid work or volunteering.  Our customers include people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, physical and sensory disabilities.

Supported internships - offering 3 days a week work experience programme for young people with an EHCP aged 16-24 who are keen to find paid work.

Future Choices - a five day a week provision for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) aged 16-24 providing a pre internship for people leaving school or college who are keen to find paid work but need a bit of additional support.

Day Activities – services for people with additional needs including sports, creative arts, horticulture, beauty and cafes.  Including centres for those with complex needs who require specialist support.

Shared Lives – we provide support for people who can share the homes of our trained carers from day care or longer term live in placements.

Short Breaks  - providing respite care breaks in a high quality, purpose built environment in Banstead, Surrey. 

We support people over the age of 18 who are eligible for social care in Surrey or private funders using their own funds or direct payment.

Our funded projects also allow us to work with students and young people in education at over 16 schools and colleges in Surrey.  please contact us for further information
