We offer support to:
* Employees who have a disability or health condition and need support to stay in work
* Job seekers who have a disability, making it more difficult to find and keep work
* Employers who have an employee who is having difficulty carrying out their work activities due to a disability or health condition. Workstep can also support employers who are committed to addressing workforce diversity.

This support includes:
* Support applying for and gaining employment
* Assistance to ensure the participant settles into new employment successfully
* Support the participant in retaining their current job
* Individually tailored support and development plans that take into account the participant's disability or health condition
* Support in accessing training and development opportunities
* Confidential mentor support from someone outside the place of work
* Advice on disability aids and adaptations
