Ways into Work provides a bespoke service to each individual looking at their employment needs and aiming to match those needs with those of a local employer.

Having established a sound employment model, employers can see the benefits of working with a supported employment service and also the benefits of giving people an opportunity to prove themselves within the workplace.

Ways into Work is an 18+ service and individuals can self refer, referred by a parent or carer, Social Services, Health or Education and it is a simple process to determine if the service would meet the specific needs of that individual.

We can provide support with CV writing, application forms, interview techniques, work experience, work tasters and getting a job.

We have excellent links with a range of local employers and are constantly looking for new partners to work with in finding suitable employment opportunities.
