The Pathway Group operates as a social enterprise providing a range of services and opportunities to support people with multiple barriers to work to enter and sustain employment.

Our primary goal is to encourage and advance employment opportunities for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups facing social exclusion and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes for both the individual and the employer by identifying and matching the training and development needs of individuals and employers. We also help to build the social capital and economic sustainability of disadvantaged communities by increasing levels of participation in further education and vocational training programmes.

The Pathway Group have extensive experience in delivering training, support and pre-employment guidance to DWP priority groups and place considerable importance on supporting the individual in their general wellbeing. We take a bespoke approach to identifying customer needs, existing skills, aspirations and ability and providing information, advice and guidance to overcome any barriers they may face in gaining and sustaining employment. We also have an extensive network of employer/ employment opportunity and placement links.
