Access Supported Employment is a division of Northwest Community Services provided assistance to individuals with ranging disabilities whom wish enter the labour market.
We find real jobs in ordinary workplaces, Supported Employment enables people with disabilities or mental health needs to achieve sustainable employment and allows business to employ valuable workers.
We start by finding out what a person wants to do, they are then introduced to an employment opportunity which matches their work profile. The purpose of supported employment is to secure jobs in businesses with all the regular outcomes of being employed and wherever possible it must be paid work.
