Prospects is The National Autistic Society’s specialist employment service. We deal exclusively with autism and employment issues, and we are recognised as the leading authority in the field. We provide a wide range of services to employers, organisations and employees across the UK. Services included training, consultancy and workplace assessments.

Our preparatory courses for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders include a pre-employment course, a course for finding voluntary work and a graduate scheme. We also run a support service for students in Higher Education.
