Quest Supported Employment Agency was established in 1991 after a research visit to Chicago, financed by pioneering core funding from South Glamorgan County Council’s social services department.

Quest supports individuals with a learning disability to find and sustain employment following the supported employment model. We provided a user led, person centred approach to support, providing individuals with impartial advice, guidance and support relating to vocational routes to employment.

Quests programme provides a work readiness assessment through vocational profiling, a 30 day un paid work experience placement followed by a 13 week intensive job search. Quest provides on and off site support to employee and employer through a job coach support service.

Quest operates in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, receiving referrals direct from the learning disability social worker teams.
