Fife Employment Access Trust

Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) was established in 1994 and has a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with mental health problems to take up work as well as working closely with employers across Fife to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace.

In 2007, FEAT were awarded Big Lottery funding to develop a 5-year programme "Journey to Work". Our "Journey to Work" programme offers individuals specialist and tailored support back into work. The service is open to anyone who is currently unemployed, has experienced a mental health problem and feels ready to consider returning to work. This could be a short-term aim but equally we work with those who see returning to work as a much longer-term goal.

In tandem with this service, we also work closely with employers to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace.

We offer organisations free information and exhibition displays, as well as a wide range of training courses on all aspects of mental health, which can be tailored to suit the needs of any particular organisation.
