Dimensions Community Enterprises is a collection of social enterprises throughout the UK. Our main goal is to enable disabled and disadvantaged people to realise their potential.

In addition to our enterprises we also run a supported employment service in several areas in the UK. This service combines effective vocational profiling, employer engagement , job coaching and retention with the opportunity to try out work skills in ours and others businesses.

Our enterprises are profitable businesses specialising in customer focused areas. This enables us to offer real work experience and work-based skills development to people who would normally be forgotten in the mainstream. The work experience we offer is time limited and is supported by our employment support team, offering advice and guidance on how to achieve real, meaningful, paid employment.

Through collaboration, networking and creative partnerships we are building some groundbreaking supportive social firms that will bring a new energy and enthusiasm to the sector, throwing away the old myths about the need for grant reliance and showing how it can be done differently with smart business savvy and a caring mind.
