Vocational Support Service

CIC's Vocational Support Service is committed to facilitating people with learning disabilities and mental health issues into integrated and valued employment. We also specialise in supporting people on the autistic spectrum. We are the first employment service in the UK to gain Autism Accreditation status (in association with the National Autistic Society) in recognition of best practice when supporting those on the autistic spectrum.

At the heart of our services is CIC's commitment to "putting individuals first". We firmly believe in promoting the dignity, independence and right to choice of every person. Our highly trained and professional staff are dedicated to ensuring this is achieved based upon our clear stated values and vision.

We offer support to service users in developing and maintaining their employment goals. Our services focus on:
