We are a supported employment services that supports people with a disability in to paid employment .

Individual focus – emphasis is on finding out what each person wants to do and where there talents lie
Long-term commitment – ongoing support is provided to ensure each person obtain and maintain there employment
Full participation – an assumption is that all persons have the capacity to work if the appropriate, ongoing support is made available to them
Varied and flexible support – support is creative, flexible and tailored to the individual’s needs and circumstances.
Social Inclusion - supported employment is in integrated settings and emphasis is placed on the person getting to know colleagues at work
Community employers - supported employment is about jobs with ordinary employers –not sheltered workshops or wage subsidy employers.
Worthwhile jobs – The job should be a real one, valued by colleagues and involving work which otherwise would be done by a non –disabled person.
Paid regular employment – wages, working conditions and general terms of employment (holiday, sick, leave, ect) should be permanent and the role should offer possibilities of advancement.
