Advance Employment

Advance Employment services are designed to meet the needs of disabled people and people with mental health problems.

We help people who feel that their disability or health is a barrier to work.

We provide free support to help people into work.

For those in work whose job may be vulnerable due to their disability or health we work with them and their employer to help them to stay in work.

We can provide disability awareness training for employers and we can also help employers to review their recruitment policies and procedures to remove barriers for disabled people and people with mental health problems.
